Account deletion

Delete your account.

You can ask to delete your account in our organizing app from inside the app. Your organization completes deletion within 30 days.

If you canvass as a volunteer

1. Open the app and tap your photo at the top of the screen to open your profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out on that phone, your volunteer access ends, and your organization is asked to delete your information.

Visits you already recorded stay with the organization you volunteered for.

If you are an organizer

1. Sign in and open your profile from the menu under your photo.
2. Tap Delete my account at the bottom of your profile.
3. Confirm. You are signed out everywhere, and your organization is asked to delete your account.

Can’t use the app, or don’t see the button?

Email privacy@btindustriesllc.com with the name of the organization you work with and the email or phone number on your account. We pass your request to that organization.

Your organization completes deletion within 30 days. It may keep records the law requires it to keep. Privacy policy
