BT Industries LLC makes the organizing app your union or campaign uses on iOS, Android and the web. Most questions are answered below; for anything else, email us.

Contact support

Email support@btindustriesllc.com. Tell us which organization you work with, the email or phone number on your account, and what you were trying to do. We reply within two business days.

Signing in

Your account comes from the organization you organize or volunteer with. Organizers sign in with the email address their organization added. Volunteer canvassers join with the code or link their organizer sends them. If you don’t have a code or your sign-in isn’t recognized, ask your organizer first — they control who has access.

Access, turf and walk lists

What you can see — turf, walk lists, scripts, meetings — is set by your organization’s admins. If something is missing or you see something you shouldn’t, contact your organizer.

Working without signal

The app keeps recording visits when you lose signal and syncs them when you’re back online. Before you sign out or remove the app, wait until it shows you’re online so every visit has synced.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app. See how to delete your account.
